Process

Step 1 — Request a Quote

Most projects start with a simple online request. Once we hear from you, we'll reach out the same day to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you.

Step 2 — On-Site Consultation

Rolando will come out to your home to meet with you in person, walk through the project, take measurements and photos, and work through the on-site logistics together. This is where we get to know your home and make sure we understand exactly what you're looking for.

Step 3 — Written Proposal

Within about a week you'll receive a detailed written proposal outlining the full scope of work and cost. For larger projects, we'll include mock up plans so you can see what we're envisioning before anything gets started.

Step 4 — Contract & Start Date

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll get the contract signed and lock in your start date. Most projects get underway within two weeks of signing, which gives us time to finalize material selections, order everything we need, and schedule the work properly.

Step 5 — Daily Updates

Once the project is underway you'll hear from us twice a day, which will be a morning update between 7 and 7:30 AM and an evening update between 5 and 6 PM. You'll always know who is showing up, what's getting done that day, and what to expect next.

Step 6 — Final Walkthrough

When the work is complete, Rolando will walk through the entire project with you to make sure everything meets your expectations and was completed to the standard we committed to from the start.

Step 7 — Final Payment

Your final payment is only collected after you have reviewed and approved all completed work. We don't consider the job done until you do.

Step 8 — Follow Up

After the project wraps up we'll follow up to make sure you're still happy with everything and ask you to fill out a short customer survey. Your feedback helps us keep getting better and means a lot to our small family business.
