Who will I be working with on my project?
Rolando Rodriguez personally manages every project. When you call Rod's, you're talking to the person who will actually show up at your home, oversee the work, and make sure everything is done the way it was promised. You'll never get handed off to someone you've never met.
How long has Rod's Residential been in business?
We've been remodeling homes in the greater Houston area for over 20 years. In that time we've built our reputation entirely on word of mouth and referrals from happy customers.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Rod's Residential is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Texas. You and your home are protected on every project we take on.
How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to fill out our online request form. Once we hear from you, someone from our team will follow up the same day to schedule an on-site consultation.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. We offer free, no obligation estimates for all projects. There's no cost and no pressure to move forward.
Will you keep me updated while the project is going on?
Absolutely. You'll receive a morning update between 7 and 7:30 AM and an evening update between 5 and 6 PM every day work is being done. You'll always know who is showing up, what's getting done, and what to expect the following day.
What if something comes up during the project that wasn't in the original plan?
If anything changes or comes up unexpectedly, we'll talk to you about it before we act. You'll never be surprised by something on the final bill that wasn't discussed upfront.
How does payment work?
We collect a deposit to get started, and your final payment is only due after you have reviewed and approved all completed work. We don't consider the job done until you do.
What areas do you service?
We serve homeowners across Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Galveston County, and Harris County. Cities we regularly work in include Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Missouri City, Stafford, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Needville, Pleak, Mission Bend, and Fulshear. Not sure if we cover your area?
